Winter Baking Series: Strudel

This is a really fun class for those that like interaction and a little hands-on. Tender, flaky, crispy layers encasing a rich savory filling. Learn how to make strudel dough, light hands-on experience stretching the strudel dough over a long tablecloth and filling it with savory vegetable filling. We will talk about different fillings (sweet & savory flavors) and definitely enjoy tasting a slice together! Take home treats include: a strudel to bake at home and a recipe card.
